    • Epiphyllum Pumilum, commonly known as the "Queen of the Night" or "Night-Blooming Cereus," is a stunning flowering cactus native to Central America. Here are some care instructions to help you keep your Epiphyllum Pumilum healthy and thriving:

    • Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, especially during the hottest parts of the day, as it can scorch the leaves. They thrive in filtered sunlight or partial shade.

    • Temperature: Keep the temperature between18°C to 29°C during the growing season. During the winter months, they can tolerate slightly cooler temperatures but should not be exposed to temperatures below 10°C.

    • Watering: Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch during the growing season (spring and summer). Allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings, but don't let it completely dry out. Reduce watering during the dormant period (fall and winter) to prevent root rot.

    • Humidity: Epiphyllum Pumilum prefers moderate to high humidity levels. You can increase humidity by misting the plant or placing it on a tray filled with pebbles and water. Avoid placing the plant near drafts or vents, as this can cause dry air.

    • Soil: Plant your Epiphyllum Pumilum in well-draining soil. A mix formulated for cacti and succulents works well. You can also create your mix by combining equal parts of potting soil, sand, and perlite.

    • Fertilization: Feed your Epiphyllum Pumilum with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Avoid fertilizing during the dormant period.

    • Potting: Repot your Epiphyllum Pumilum every 2-3 years or when it outgrows its current pot. Use a slightly larger pot with fresh, well-draining soil.

    • Pruning: Prune your Epiphyllum Pumilum as needed to maintain its shape and remove any dead or damaged growth. Pruning is best done after flowering.

    • Propagation: Epiphyllum Pumilum can be propagated from stem cuttings. Allow the cuttings to callous for a few days before planting them in a well-draining potting mix.
