Delivery by post.
Plant delivery charges are £5.99 on any order.
We aim to process any orders on the same day however at busy times this make take up to 3 working days.
We only dispatch orders for delivery from Monday – Thursday.
Delivery days will be on Tuesday – Friday.
All parcels are dispatched via Parcelforce 24 hour service.
Please note that this service is not guaranteed and 99% deliveries arrive in time. We can not be held liable if deliveries arrive late if they are dispatched on time.

Hand delivery.
Unfortunately, some of our items are too large to post, however we are able to offer a hand delivery service within 30 miles of our location, Leeds LS14, at a fee of £10. If a product requires this service it will be stated in the product description and at checkout. We aim to process any orders on the same day, however at busy times this may take up to 2 working days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a date and time slot for delivery. Deliveries take place within 2-5 working days of your order being processed. If you would like to change this date and/or time slot please contact us at contact@urbanbotanicals.co.uk ,and we can arrange a more convenient time.

Collection.
Unfortunately, some of our items are too large to post, however we are able to offer a collection service. Collections will be made from Leeds, LS14. If a product requires this service it will be stated in the product description and at checkout. We aim to process any orders on the same day, however at busy times this may take up to 2 working days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email giving details of full collection address and available date and time to collect. Collection is available from 1-2 working days of your order being processed. If you would like a specific collection date and/or time please contact us at contact@urbanbotanicals.co.uk ,and we can arrange a more convenient time.

Returns
If your item is damaged on arrival please get in contact within 24 hours at contact@urbanbotanicals.co.uk, please include pictures of item and packaging and we will offer a free of charge replacement or refund for the item
If your item is faulty and not as described please get in contact within 14 days at contact@urbanbotanicals.co.uk, include pictures showing the problem and we will either offer a free of charge replacement or refund for the item.
If you change your mind e.g. a plant does not fit your space, or you decide you do not like it please get in contact within 14 days at contact@urbanbotanicals.co.uk and we can offer a refund for the item.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you must let us know of any issues within the first 14 days from delivery date, items will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges after this date.
To be eligible to be returned, items must be in their original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. We will not accept plants back that have been re-potted into other pots or tampered with.
If a refund is required you will need to safely package the plant in its original packaging and arrange and pay for a courier to bring the items back to us. Once the items have been received you will receive a refund.
